Blood is Blood™ is a common law trademark of Jordan James Moll-Vigrass, professionally known as Jordan James, and has been used in commerce in connection with grassroots advocacy, public education, blood donation awareness, community engagement, media, fundraising initiatives, and related services since October 19, 2015.

The Blood is Blood™ name, slogan, logos, branding, graphics, website content, and other identifying elements are valuable intellectual property developed through years of public use and recognition. These marks distinguish Blood is Blood's services and goodwill from those of others.

Unauthorized use of the Blood is Blood™ name or any confusingly similar name, logo, branding, or identifying marks in a manner likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent an affiliation may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable federal and state common law.

Nothing contained in this notice shall be interpreted as limiting any rights available under United States trademark law or other applicable laws.
